How do I search and book a flight ticket?
On the homepage enter your departure and arrival city, choose the date and number of passengers. Click "Search" and the AI system will find the best options for you.
Can I buy a round-trip ticket?
Yes, select the "Round trip" tab in the search box and enter your departure and return dates. The system will automatically find the best combination for both directions.
How many passengers can I book for at once?
You can book tickets for up to 6 passengers in one booking. Personal details for each passenger must be entered separately.
Can I search for business class tickets?
Yes, select your preferred class in the search form: Economy, Business or First class. AI will find matching options from all available airlines.

Payment & billing

What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bank of Georgia (BOG) cards. Payments are processed with SSL encryption to ensure the full security of your financial data.
Are there any additional fees?
AI-AVIA charges a $5 service fee per ticket. This amount is automatically included in the price. No other hidden fees exist.
When will the payment be charged to my card?
The payment is charged immediately upon booking confirmation. You will receive your ticket by email within a few minutes of payment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment payment is not currently available, but we are working on adding this feature. If your bank offers card instalment plans, you may use those.

Cancellation & refund

How do I cancel a booking?
Log in to your account, open the booking details and click the "Cancel" button. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email: support@ai-avia.com
How long does a refund take?
Refund processing takes 3-5 business days. The amount will be returned to your card within 5-14 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
Can all tickets be cancelled?
No. Some budget tickets have non-refundable status. Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking. Travel insurance is recommended.
Can I change the flight date?
Date changes depend on the ticket type and airline policy. Fare differences and change fees may apply.

Baggage

What baggage can I take?
Baggage allowance depends on the airline and ticket type. Typically hand luggage (7-10kg) is free. Checked baggage (20-23kg) is sometimes charged separately.
How do I add extra baggage?
Extra baggage can be purchased at the time of booking or later on the airline's website. Adding at the airport is more expensive, so advance purchase is recommended.
What happens if my baggage is lost?
In case of lost baggage, contact the airport's Lost & Found service. The airline is obliged to locate and return your baggage. Travel insurance also covers lost baggage.

Account & profile

How do I register?
Click the "Register" button and enter your first name, last name, email and password. You can also register with your Google account in one click.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
On the login page click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your email and you will receive a password reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour.
How do I update my details?
Go to your profile page where you can update your name, phone number, passport number and other details. Email changes are restricted for security reasons.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, email us at: support@ai-avia.com. In accordance with GDPR, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Insurance

What type of insurance do you offer?
We offer travel insurance covering: medical expenses, flight cancellation/delay, lost baggage and personal injury. Insurance can be purchased during the booking process.
Is insurance mandatory?
Insurance is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Some countries (e.g. Schengen zone) require travel insurance for a visa.
How much does insurance cost?
Insurance prices start from 15 ₾ and depend on trip duration and coverage level. You will see the exact price during the booking process.
